- Blue Ribbon Classics® Strawberry Shortcake Bars
- Shortbread cookies
- Butter
Instructions

- To make the crust, blend the shortbread cookies and butter in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Pour the crumbs into a casserole dish and press firmly to make a crust.
- Remove the popsicle sticks from the Blue Ribbon Classics Strawberry Shortcake Bars and let them slightly melt.
- Add the Strawberry Shortcake Bars to the top of the crust and gently press down with a spatula.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
