  • Blue Ribbon Classics® Strawberry Shortcake Bars
  • Shortbread cookies
  • Butter

Instructions


All:

  1. To make the crust, blend the shortbread cookies and butter in a food processor or blender until finely ground. Pour the crumbs into a casserole dish and press firmly to make a crust.
  2. Remove the popsicle sticks from the Blue Ribbon Classics Strawberry Shortcake Bars and let them slightly melt.
  3. Add the Strawberry Shortcake Bars to the top of the crust and gently press down with a spatula.
  4. Cover and freeze until firm.
