Frozen S'mores

Ingredients
All:
- 1 box Blue Ribbon Classics® Chocolate Eclair Bars
- 1 - 8oz container whipped cream topping, defrosted (you can probably use less but we love whipped cream!)
- 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
- 5 ounces of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 - 7.5 oz. jar marshmallow creme (again you can probably use less, I just don’t like to waste)
- pinch of salt
Instructions
All:
- In a casserole dish, add some parchment paper so the bars don’t stick.
- Next, layer about 6 graham crackers in the dish.
- Remove the popsicle sticks from the Blue Ribbon Classics® Chocolate Eclair Bars and place one on each graham cracker.
- In a bowl, blend the whipped cream topping, cream cheese and marshmallow creme.
- Layer over the Chocolate Eclair Bars, and top with graham crackers.
- Cover and freeze overnight.
